Apprentice Internal Recruiter Level 3

About the role

RENAULT TRUCKS UK LTD is seeking an Apprentice Internal Recruiter at Level 3. This role involves proactively sourcing candidates for dealership and central admin vacancies, liaising with hiring managers, developing advertising material, and working with various mediums to attract candidates. You will be responsible for pre-screening candidates, supporting recruitment activities, producing KPIs on recruitment activity and costs, and ensuring resourcing plans are managed in line with the Global Recruitment policy. The role also includes managing apprentice recruitment and ensuring effective induction. Candidates will be expected to work in accordance with Volvo Group UK standards and any other reasonable duties requested by their manager. A full-time role within the company is a potential career progression.
