About the role
This is an apprenticeship for a Level 3 Early Years Educator role at Caterpillars Preschool, a term-time only position. The role involves caring for children aged 18 months to 3 years, planning and leading educational activities, supporting children's personal, social, and emotional development, and communicating with parents. The apprenticeship includes online learning, virtual classrooms, one-to-one tutor support, and workplace observations, with no college attendance required. Upon completion, there are opportunities for career progression to higher-level apprenticeships and Early Years Teacher Status.
Entry requirements
- GCSEs in English and maths at Grade C (4) or above or able to achieve Level 2 English and maths whilst on programme. Must be a UK resident with at least 3 years residency.
