About the role
Join Dingley's Promise as a Childcare Apprentice in Worcester. You will work alongside therapists and senior staff to create engaging learning experiences for young children developing differently. Day-to-day responsibilities include interacting with children using 'shared play' or 'reflective' approaches, employing specific teaching and learning strategies, being aware of and supporting children's emotional needs, developing learning observation skills, and supporting activities aligned with the curriculum. This is a Level 3 apprenticeship with a duration of 1 year and 6 months, offering the possibility of a full-time role upon successful completion. The training is provided by PARAGON EDUCATION & SKILLS LIMITED.
