About the role

This Early Years Apprenticeship at HEAD START RAMSEY NURSERY LTD in Boston offers a fantastic opportunity to embark on a career in childcare. As an apprentice, you will be responsible for the care and development of a small group of children in your key room, working alongside qualified staff. Your duties will include planning and observing children's development according to the Early Years Foundation Stage, creating individual learning journeys, and maintaining a stimulating and age-appropriate learning environment. You will also assist with daily domestic duties to ensure the nursery is safe, secure, and clean. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a kind, caring nature. The apprenticeship includes a mix of on-the-job training and monthly virtual masterclasses with the training provider, JUNIPER TRAINING LIMITED. Upon completion, you could progress to become a fully qualified Early Years Educator, room leader, or pursue further qualifications to become a manager or deputy.

Entry requirements

• GCSE Maths and English: 4 or above (Essential), Early Years Early Years: 2 (Desired)
