About the role

This Early Years Apprenticeship with TOWN AND COUNTRY NURSERY LIMITED offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and qualifications in childcare. You will be assisting in delivering high-quality childcare, building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, and ensuring each child's individual needs are met. The apprenticeship involves working towards the Early Years Educator Level 3 standard, with training provided by JUNIPER TRAINING LIMITED. This includes on-the-job training, paediatric first aid certification, and monthly online masterclasses. Upon successful completion, you could progress to become a fully qualified Early Years Educator, potentially moving into roles such as a room leader or even a manager or deputy at Level 5.
