About the role
This apprenticeship offers an excellent opportunity to become an Early Years Nursery Practitioner. You will work in partnership with colleagues, parents, and carers to meet the individual needs of each child. Key responsibilities include promoting healthy life choices through play, safeguarding children's welfare, and contributing to their development. You will also be involved in the cleanliness and hygiene of the setting and support children with additional needs. The role requires a strong understanding of child development and the Early Years Foundation Stage, with excellent communication skills to engage with children and support their learning. Accurate record-keeping is essential to inform future planning. Career progression opportunities are available, with the potential to advance to Level 3 and then Level 5 qualifications upon successful completion.
