About the role

As a Travel Consultant Apprentice with Travel Four Seasons, you will be responsible for welcoming customers, answering enquiries via phone and email, and recommending suitable holidays based on their needs. Your role will involve researching destinations, hotels, and flights, preparing quotes, and making bookings using internal systems. You will also be tasked with sending travel documents, following up with customers, and assisting with amendments and queries. The apprenticeship includes learning about various destinations through training and supplier information, working towards a Level 3 qualification alongside daily duties.
