About the role
Luvata is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated IT Support Apprentice to join their team. This role offers hands-on experience supporting critical technology systems while pursuing an industry-recognised apprenticeship qualification. The apprentice will provide first-line IT support, assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, support the setup of devices, manage user accounts, and assist with Microsoft 365 applications. They will also contribute to IT documentation, cybersecurity activities, and participate in IT improvement projects. This apprenticeship provides excellent opportunities to develop valuable IT skills and potentially progress into a permanent IT Support or Infrastructure role within the company.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English (Level 4-9), GCSE Maths (Level 4-9), Desired: GCSE ICT (Level 4-9). Strong communication, IT, and problem-solving skills are essential.
