About the role

Lotus Home Care is seeking compassionate and dependable individuals to join their team as Apprentice Community Support Workers. This full-time, paid apprenticeship offers the opportunity to gain a recognized Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care while embarking on a fulfilling career. Responsibilities include delivering person-centred care, assisting with care plans, administering medication (with training), liaising with healthcare professionals and families, and supporting individuals with complex needs. The role also involves travel between client homes (mileage reimbursed) and attending training sessions. Upon completion, apprentices will be prepared for senior roles such as Lead Care Worker or Supervisor.
