About the role

Lotus Home Care is seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join their team as Apprentice Community Support Workers. This full-time, paid apprenticeship offers the opportunity to gain a recognized Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care while providing essential support to clients in their own homes. Responsibilities include delivering person-centred care, assisting with medication, liaising with healthcare professionals, and supporting individuals with complex needs. The apprenticeship is designed to prepare individuals for senior roles such as Lead Care Worker or Supervisor, with further training and development opportunities within the business. Candidates must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle, and due to insurance, must be over 18. A full DBS check will be required.
