About the role

Lotus Home Care is seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join their team as Apprentice Community Support Workers. This full-time, paid apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain a recognized Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care while building a fulfilling career. You will be trained to provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients in their own homes, assisting with daily living, medication administration (with training), care planning, and liaising with families and healthcare professionals. The role involves supporting individuals with complex needs and upholding safeguarding responsibilities. This apprenticeship is ideal for those committed to making a difference and ready to take on greater responsibility. Upon completion, you will be prepared for senior roles such as Lead Care Worker or Supervisor. Candidates must be able to drive, have access to a vehicle, and be at least 18 years old. A full DBS check will be required.
