About the role

Lotus Home Care is seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join their team as Apprentice Community Support Workers. This full-time, paid apprenticeship offers the opportunity to gain a recognised Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care while providing high-quality, person-centred care to clients in their own homes. Responsibilities include creating and reviewing care plans, administering medication, liaising with healthcare professionals, supporting individuals with complex needs, and upholding safeguarding. The apprenticeship prepares individuals for senior roles such as Lead Care Worker or Supervisor. Ideal candidates will have strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, with a compassionate and non-judgemental approach. A driving license and access to a vehicle are essential, and candidates must be 18 or over. Successful applicants will undergo a DBS check and receive comprehensive training from both Lotus Home Care and RNN Group.
