About the role

Lotus Home Care is seeking caring and reliable individuals to join their team as Apprentice Community Support Workers. This full-time, paid role offers the opportunity to gain a recognized Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care while building a rewarding career. Apprentices will be trained to deliver person-centred care, create and review care plans, administer medication, liaise with various stakeholders, and support individuals with diverse needs. The apprenticeship is designed to prepare individuals for senior roles such as Lead Care Worker or Supervisor, with opportunities for further skill development within the business. A driving license and access to a vehicle are essential, and candidates must be 18 or over. A full DBS check will be required.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE Maths & English A*-C/9-4. Communication skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Customer care skills, Problem solving skills, Logical, Team working, Initiative, Non judgemental, Patience, Compassionate, Ability to work independently. Must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle. Candidates must be 18 or over.
