About the role

Lotus Home Care are seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join their team as Apprentice Community Support Workers. This full-time, paid role offers comprehensive training and the opportunity to achieve a recognised Level 3 qualification in Adult Care, paving the way for a fulfilling career in the care sector. As an apprentice, you will be trained to provide high-quality, person-centred care, assist with care plans, support new staff, learn rota systems, administer medication (when authorised), liaise with families and healthcare professionals, and uphold safeguarding responsibilities. You will also support individuals with complex needs and travel between clients' homes. This advanced apprenticeship prepares you for senior roles such as Lead Care Worker or Supervisor.
