About the role

Join LOTUS HOME CARE LIMITED as an Apprentice Community Support Worker and make a real difference in people's lives. This Level 3 apprenticeship will train you to deliver high-quality, person-centred care, manage care plans, support individuals with complex needs, and administer medication. You will liaise with families and healthcare professionals, uphold safeguarding responsibilities, and travel between clients' homes. The apprenticeship includes off-the-job learning, preparing you for senior roles like Lead Care Worker or Supervisor. You'll work towards the Level 3 Apprenticeship in Adult Care. This role requires excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills, as well as patience and compassion. A driving license and access to a vehicle are essential, and candidates must be over 18 and pass a full DBS check. Entry requirements

  • GCSE Maths & English: A*-C/9-4 (Desired). Strong communication, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, teamwork, initiative, patience, and compassion are essential. Ability to work independently is also required.
