This apprenticeship offers a government-funded Level 3 Extended Diploma in Dental Nursing through City & Guilds. The role involves assisting dentists, sterilising equipment, reception duties, and enhancing patient experience. Key responsibilities include providing chairside support, maintaining high standards of patient care, confidentiality, and GDPR compliance. Daily tasks include welcoming patients, managing appointments, preparing surgeries, assisting during treatments, updating patient records, and ensuring a positive patient journey. You will also be responsible for stock management and maintaining clean clinical areas. The practice is an inclusive dental setting offering mixed NHS and private treatments, committed to developing future dental nurses. Training is provided by Tempdent and includes the Level 3 Dental Nurse Apprenticeship and functional skills if applicable, with a flexible online delivery model and regular progress support.

Entry requirements
