About the role

An exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Care Worker at Level 3 with WELCOME INDEPENDENT LIVING LTD. The role involves providing essential care and support to customers, adhering to person-centred care plans and company policies. Key responsibilities include assisting with personal care, administering medication under supervision, supporting recreational activities, and maintaining accurate records. The apprentice will work closely with a team, ensuring effective communication and upholding confidentiality. A working knowledge of policies and procedures is expected, along with timely completion of administrative tasks. Regular meetings with a Line Manager will facilitate performance assessment and identification of development needs. All applicants must hold a valid driving licence and have access to their own vehicle. Career progression opportunities will be discussed at the end of the apprenticeship.
