About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Apprentice with a technically-minded, problem-solving approach and a strong can-do attitude. This is a fantastic opportunity to build foundational digital marketing skills while supporting our team in delivering results across all digital channels. The role involves setting up, managing, and optimising Google Ads & Performance Max campaigns, preparing performance reports, and ensuring campaigns stay within budget. You will also build and manage paid social media campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta, develop audiences, and manage tracking, optimisation, and measurement. Additionally, you will develop HTML email templates for CRM platforms, assist with setting up and scheduling multi-channel client communications, and support the team in exploring and building AI tools. Responsibilities include gathering and analysing performance data from various platforms and assisting with campaign troubleshooting and tracking solutions. Upon completion, there is potential for a full-time role.
