About the role

This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience and qualifications in early years education. You will assist in delivering high-quality childcare, build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, and ensure each child's individual needs are met. The apprenticeship will involve working towards the Early Years Educator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard provided by Juniper Training, with at least 20% of your working hours dedicated to training and study. Upon successful completion, there is potential for a permanent position as a Level 3 qualified Early Years practitioner and further career progression within the childcare sector. This role requires a positive attitude, strong communication and organizational skills, and a genuine passion for working with young children. Essential GCSEs in English and Maths at grade 4 are required.
