About the role

Join SOFA BRANDS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED's Group IT team as a Level 3 IT Support Apprentice. This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience and aims to develop your technical skills while you work towards an IT qualification. You will provide first-line support, troubleshoot IT issues, and gain exposure to Microsoft 365, networking, infrastructure, cyber security, and cloud technologies. Key duties include logging and resolving support requests, setting up and maintaining IT equipment, assisting with user accounts and administration, supporting network troubleshooting, and maintaining system updates. You will also follow IT security procedures, support IT projects, and maintain accurate records. The role involves completing apprenticeship training, coursework, and assessments, and developing knowledge through practical experience. Entry requirements

  • GCSE English at grade 4/C or above, and GCSE Maths at grade 4/C or above.
