About the role
Are you ready to start your career in Early Years, or take the next step by working towards your Level 3 qualification in Childcare? We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic Modern Apprentices to join our growing Nursery Group. You will gain hands-on experience alongside our experienced childcare professionals, developing the skills, confidence and knowledge needed for a successful career in Early Years - all while earning as you learn in a supportive and nurturing environment. Duties include planning, monitoring and evaluating activities for children from birth to approximately five years of age, being responsible for the care and education of children within a key person structure, ensuring the environment is stimulating and appropriate, assisting with daily checks, and ensuring the safeguarding and welfare of children at all times. You will work to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Statutory Framework, support qualified staff with daily routines, and learn the skills of a nursery nurse.
