About the role
Are you ready to start your career in Early Years, or take the next step by working towards your Level 3 qualification in Childcare? We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic Modern Apprentices to join our growing Nursery Group. You will gain hands-on experience alongside our experienced childcare professionals, developing the skills, confidence and knowledge needed for a successful career in Early Years - all while earning as you learn in a supportive and nurturing environment. Duties will include planning, monitoring and evaluating activities for children, being responsible for their care and education within a key person structure, and ensuring the environment is stimulating and appropriate. You will also assist with daily checks, ensure the safeguarding and welfare of children, and work to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Statutory Framework.
