About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Order Management apprentice to join our Supply Chain Planning team in Huddersfield. This apprenticeship offers the chance to learn how a major global organization operates, gaining valuable tools and exposure to become an expert in the industry. The role involves representing the customer in meetings, communicating order changes, analyzing demand, managing reports, expediting parts, and providing excellent customer care. Applicants must have achieved GCSE Grade 4/C or above in English and Mathematics, along with other subjects. Key skills include a proactive approach, customer focus, accountability, strong communication, and IT proficiency. Successful candidates will work 4 days onsite with Cummins and 1 day per week for study at Kirklees College, totaling 35 hours per week.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE Grade 4/C or above in English and Mathematics, and all other subjects. Proactive approach, customer focus, accountability, communication skills (written & verbal), and IT skills.
