About the role
Embark on a culinary journey with a Chef Apprenticeship at Princess Of Wales in London. This Level 2 apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, working towards a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship standard over 15 months. You'll learn to prepare, cook, and present food to brand standards, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and contribute to a supportive team atmosphere. No prior experience is necessary, as full training will be provided by experienced chefs and a dedicated Lifetime Learner Coach. This role is ideal for individuals aged 18 and over with a passion for cooking and a desire to develop a successful career in the hospitality industry. The apprenticeship includes work-based training, face-to-face sessions, remote coaching, and a workplace mentor. Functional Skills in English and Maths will also be obtained if needed.
