About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the front of house team at Princess of Wales, a pub part of the Castle collection by Mitchells and Butlers. As a Bar and Waiting Apprentice, you will gain valuable skills and experience while working towards a Hospitality Team Member Level 2 Apprenticeship standard. This role requires individuals to be 18 or over due to licensing laws. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, recommending menu items, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining cleanliness. No prior experience is necessary, as full training will be provided. This apprenticeship offers a blend of work-based training, including face-to-face sessions and remote coaching, with a dedicated Lifetime Learner Coach. Upon completion, you will achieve a nationally recognized qualification and have opportunities for ongoing support and development within Mitchells & Butlers, a leading UK restaurant and pub company.
