About the role
Join Crow Wood Leisure Ltd as an Apprentice Chef and develop essential culinary skills. This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in menu and dish preparation, knife skills, allergen awareness, and food safety. You will learn about fish, meat, poultry, stocks, sauces, soups, and desserts, while also maintaining high standards of housekeeping in the kitchen. The role requires punctuality, cleanliness, a self-motivated attitude, and enthusiasm. Upon successful completion, there is potential for progression to full-time employment within the critically acclaimed Bertram’s Restaurant.
