Apprentice Early Years Educator

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for an Apprentice Early Years Educator at Seymour House Ltd. in Witham, Essex. The role focuses on providing outstanding care and education to children aged 0-5 years, supporting their development through play and engaging activities. You will work alongside experienced educators, receive dedicated mentorship, and be part of a team committed to implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Responsibilities include assisting with children's learning, record-keeping, parent partnerships, and maintaining hygiene standards. Upon successful completion of the Level 3 qualification, there are clear pathways for career progression into managerial roles or specialisations like SEND, disability, or speech and language. The training includes a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education, Paediatric First Aid, and potentially Functional Skills in Maths if required. Seymour House has over 30 years of experience and holds outstanding Ofsted judgements across its eleven nursery schools.

Entry requirements

• GCSE English Literature/Language Level 2. Desired: GCSE Maths Level 2.
