Apprentice Early Years Educator

About the role

Join Seymour House Ltd. as an Apprentice Early Years Educator in Chelmsford and contribute to providing outstanding quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years. This role involves supporting children's play and development, organizing activities, assisting with assessments and record-keeping, and collaborating with colleagues and parents. You will work alongside experienced Early Years Educators, receive a dedicated mentor, and have the support of fellow apprentices. Upon completion, you will achieve Qualified Early Years Educator status (Level 3), opening doors to managerial roles or specialization in areas like special educational needs, disability, or speech and language. This qualification can also serve as a stepping stone towards a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership, an Honours Degree in Early Years, or becoming an Early Years Teacher.

Entry requirements

• GCSE English Literature and/or Language Level 2. Desired: GCSE Maths Level 2.
