Early Years Educator (Level 3)

About the role

This apprenticeship at Small World Day Nursery & Pre-School Ltd offers a fantastic opportunity to train as a Level 3 Early Years Educator. You will be responsible for providing an excellent range of activities that ensure children learn while having fun. Key duties include supporting children's learning and development through planning and observations, preparing and maintaining the environment and resources, preparing food for meals, and supporting children's self-help needs. The role requires creativity, enthusiasm, adherence to safeguarding rules, and a willingness to undertake relevant training, including first aid. You will also ensure all health and hygiene requirements are met. Upon successful completion, you can develop into a Level 3 practitioner with the potential for a permanent position and future career progression into roles such as social work, teaching, or management.
