About the role
As an Apprentice Chef with Chef and Brewer, your passion for food and desire to create the perfect dish are key. You'll maintain high standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment, becoming an invaluable team member. Chef and Brewer pubs offer a cosy, welcoming atmosphere with high-quality food and drinks. Your responsibilities will include preparing, cooking, and presenting food to meet specifications, maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety, clear team communication, and staying updated on menus.
