About the role
As an Apprentice Team Leader with Chef and Brewer, you will lead front of house teams, ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Your role involves deputising for management, coordinating shifts, and maintaining bar standards. You'll be a role model for service, thinking on your feet to handle challenges. The apprenticeship is work-based, including face-to-face and remote sessions with a Learner Coach, and workplace mentoring. It also includes Functional Skills in English and Maths if needed. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in the hospitality industry with potential career progression within Greene King.
