About the role
Become an Apprentice Chef with Hungry Horse and develop your passion for food. This role involves preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to high standards, maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety, and communicating effectively with your team. You'll gain expert knowledge and technical skills through the Chef Academy, including masterclasses in different cooking areas. The apprenticeship is delivered through work-based training with a Lifetime Learner Coach and an in-workplace mentor. You will also obtain Functional Skills in English and Maths if needed.
