About the role
As an Apprentice Team Leader with Hungry Horse, you will play a key role in leading front of house teams, ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You'll deputise for management, resolve issues, and coordinate the team during busy shifts. The role also involves ensuring the bar is safe, legal, and clean. You'll be a role model for great service, possess strong organisational skills, and have the ability to think on your feet.
