About the role
As an Apprentice Chef with Hungry Horse, you will prepare, cook, and present food to meet specifications and customer expectations. You will also maintain hygiene and safety regulations in the kitchen, communicate clearly with your team, and stay updated on new products and menus. The apprenticeship includes work-based training with a Lifetime Learner Coach and a workplace mentor, with functional skills in English and maths if needed.
