About the role
As an Apprentice Team Leader with Hungry Horse, you will be responsible for leading front-of-house teams, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and deputizing for the management team. Your role will involve coordinating the team during shifts, resolving issues, and maintaining a safe, legal, and clean bar environment. You will be a role model for great service, possess strong organizational skills, and be able to adapt to challenges. This apprenticeship offers a structured work-based training program with support from a Lifetime Learner Coach and an in-house mentor. It includes the opportunity to gain functional skills in English and maths if needed. Upon completion, there are opportunities for career progression within Greene King's brands.
