About the role

This is an excellent opportunity to begin a career in recruitment while working towards a recognised qualification. You will receive training and ongoing support as you learn how to attract candidates, develop relationships with schools and create successful placements.

Your responsibilities will include speaking with teachers, teaching assistants and other education professionals, finding candidates through job boards, social media and our recruitment database, conducting candidate screening calls, writing and posting job advertisements, updating candidate and client information on our CRM, supporting consultants with interview arrangements and placements, contacting schools to discuss their staffing requirements, building professional relationships with candidates and school contacts, completing general recruitment and administrative tasks, and working towards individual and team targets. Fusion Staffing is a growing education recruitment agency specialising in Primary, Secondary and SEND staffing. We help schools find talented teachers and support staff while helping candidates secure roles where they can make a genuine difference. In addition to gaining practical experience in the role, you will also attain an NVQ Level 3 Recruiter qualification.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE Maths & English at grade 4/C or above. Communication skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Customer care skills, Presentation skills, Team working, Initiative, Target Driven.
