About the role
Balderton Village Day Nursery is seeking an Apprentice Early Years Educator. This role involves ensuring the educational, social, physical, emotional, health, and welfare needs of children are met. The apprentice will work towards completing an Early Years Educator Level 3 qualification. Duties include following policies, engaging with children's activities, demonstrating sensitivity to children and families, assisting with new child admissions, maintaining records, promoting health and safety, and participating in training. This is a hybrid model apprenticeship, combining full-time work with off-the-job training.
