About the role
We are seeking an ambitious individual to join our construction recruitment desk as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. You will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, building relationships with both candidates and clients, and developing essential recruitment and sales skills. The role involves meeting targets, making calls, engaging in business development, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process. Full training and support will be provided to help you progress into a Recruitment Consultant role.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grades 1-9 (A*-G) are desired. Strong communication skills, IT proficiency, attention to detail, organizational skills, customer care abilities, problem-solving skills, administrative skills, teamwork, and initiative are also required.
