About the role

Join Carousel Nursery as an Apprentice Level 2 Early Years Practitioner. This role involves supporting children's learning and development through play and structured activities, assisting in creating a safe and stimulating environment, and supporting children's care routines and wellbeing. You will build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, observe children's progress, and promote equality and inclusion. The apprenticeship requires adherence to safeguarding, health and safety, and confidentiality procedures. Successful candidates will have excellent communication, IT, and organizational skills, with a genuine passion for working with children. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience and potentially progress to a Level 3 qualification.
