About the role
This 12-month fixed-term contract role is for a Program Manager within the Apprentice Programme Team (APT). The successful candidate will coordinate and deliver apprenticeship and emerging talent projects globally, taking ownership of workstreams from hiring to conversion. Responsibilities include project planning, identifying blockers, driving resolutions, and ensuring a consistent experience across different regions and their unique rules and funding models. The role involves building and maintaining project documentation, facilitating cross-team communication, implementing process improvements, and tracking project health. A typical day involves problem-solving, running drop-in sessions, writing business reviews, analyzing data, and contributing to working groups.
Entry requirements
- Experience in program or project management, experience with Excel, project management certification (e.g., APM, CSM, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2)
