About the role
The Centre Manager will oversee the daily and strategic operations of the Engineering Apprenticeship Training Academy at LCY2. Reporting to the Senior Apprenticeship Program Manager, this role focuses on delivering high-quality engineering apprenticeship training, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory, awarding body, and Amazon standards. The ideal candidate will have a background as a curriculum manager in Further Education or a commercial apprenticeship provider, with proven expertise in engineering apprenticeship delivery. A recognised Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) or Internal Verifier (IV) qualification, or progress towards one, is essential. Amazon Apprentice Academy is committed to safeguarding, applying principles of KCSIE 2024 and related legislation to protect learners, including adults at risk. The role involves regulated activity and requires statutory pre-appointment safeguarding checks.
Entry requirements
- Experience in program or project management, knowledge of Excel at an advanced level, and experience working cross-functionally.
