About the role

Be part of something bigger from day one, supporting the people and culture that help our business and clients succeed. As an HR Graduate, you'll begin your career developing core Human Resources skills while gaining exposure to HR policies and processes, employee relations, performance management, people analytics, and employee development. Working alongside experienced HR professionals, you'll help support colleagues across the business, contribute to people initiatives and use data and insights to drive positive employee experiences. We're looking for curious, organised and motivated individuals who enjoy working with people, solving problems and learning new skills. Previous HR experience isn't essential; we're more interested in your potential, attitude and willingness to develop. You'll join a large and supportive community of Graduates and Apprentices across the business, giving you opportunities to learn, collaborate and build your professional network from day one. This role is based in either Birmingham, London, Woking or Telford, you'll typically be in the office up to 3 days a week, so you'll need to be within commuting distance of your chosen location. As an HR Graduate, you'll support the delivery of people initiatives and HR services that help colleagues thrive and enable the business to achieve its goals. You'll gain experience across a range of HR disciplines while building a strong understanding of how HR partners with managers and employees to create a positive and high-performing workplace.
