Parts Advisor Apprenticeship

About the role

Embark on a career as a Parts Advisor with Johnsons Volkswagen Solihull. This apprenticeship focuses on stock control of vehicle parts and accessories, including ordering, selling, and managing inventory for trade counter customers and the workshop team. You will gain experience in providing customer advice, processing sales orders, liaising with internal teams, and maintaining stock room organization. The program includes comprehensive training delivered through virtual and face-to-face sessions, with all costs covered for travel, accommodation, and meals to the Volkswagen Group National Learning Centre in Milton Keynes. Upon successful completion, you will receive a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Standard qualification and brand-specific certifications, with excellent future career prospects within the Volkswagen Group network, potentially leading to roles such as team leader or manager.

Entry requirements

• GCSEs in English, Maths, and Science at grade 9-4. Strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, and teamwork skills are essential.
