You'll work with experienced professionals, supporting customers in modernizing their operations through print, document workflow, IT, telephony, and digital workplace technologies. This is a fast-paced, hands-on program designed to equip you with both technical and commercial skills. You'll learn customer engagement and sales techniques, support the delivery and management of technology solutions, understand how digital workflows improve productivity, assist with customer onboarding, and collaborate with various teams to solve business challenges. The apprenticeship also focuses on developing core professional skills like communication, problem-solving, and teamwork, culminating in an industry-recognized qualification. No prior industry experience is needed; a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are key. Applicants must hold a full UK driving license.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4-8). Desired: A-Level Technical/IT focused (Grade 4-8), Bachelors Degree (2:1). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proactive mindset, confidence using technology, and willingness to learn in a customer-facing environment are essential.
