About the role

This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become an Apprentice Activities and Wellbeing Project Coordinator at Chapel House Care Ltd. The role focuses on developing skills in project planning, coordination, risk management, stakeholder communication, budgeting, scheduling, and project delivery. You will work alongside experienced colleagues, supporting projects from initiation to completion, while building your knowledge and confidence.

Key duties include planning and delivering activities, developing creative opportunities based on residents' interests, supporting various wellbeing activities like arts, crafts, music, and gardening, and assisting with trips and community events. The apprenticeship will also provide broader project management training, covering areas like Safeguarding adults, Dementia awareness, Health and Safety, and Person-centred practice. This role is ideal for individuals with potential, strong values, and a willingness to learn, with an interest in dementia and brain health, and experience in volunteering, caring, or community work being beneficial.
