About the role
We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our HR team as an HR Apprentice. This is an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career while gaining practical, hands-on experience. You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, collaborating closely with colleagues across the organisation, and building a strong foundation in HR practices. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate employee records, assisting with the onboarding process, supporting recruitment efforts, and managing HR documentation.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above. Skills in communication, IT, organisation, customer care, administration, logic, teamwork, non-judgmental attitude, and patience are essential.
