About the role

This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become an Early Years Educator at Level 3 within GOOD TIME CHILDCARE LIMITED. As an apprentice, you will work as part of a supportive team, contributing to a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children. You will gain hands-on experience while working towards your Early Years Educator qualification.

Key responsibilities include supporting children's learning and development through play and planned activities, building positive relationships with children, parents/carers, and colleagues, and assisting with children's personal care needs. You will also learn to observe and record children's progress, encourage independence, and follow setting policies for safeguarding, health and safety. The role involves working effectively within the nursery team, maintaining a clean and organised environment, and communicating appropriately with parents and professionals. You will attend training, complete all required apprenticeship learning and assessments, and take responsibility for your professional development.

Entry requirements

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above. Strong communication skills, patience, customer care skills, and teamwork are essential.
