About the role

Embark on a rewarding career in childcare with HATCHING DRAGONS LIMITED. This Advanced Diploma Early Years Educator Apprenticeship is designed for individuals passionate about supporting children aged 0-5. Over 13 months, you will gain hands-on experience, working towards a recognized qualification while contributing to a nurturing environment. Your duties will include day-to-day childcare tasks, liaising with parents, creating engaging activities, and supporting children's personal care and development in line with the EYFS framework. This apprenticeship requires dedication, commitment, and punctuality. Upon successful completion, you can progress to a Level 3 Educator role, with potential for a permanent position and further opportunities in room leadership, management training, or even pathways into primary education or paediatric nursing. You will receive support from a dedicated childcare assessor and attend online training for the first 8 weeks.

Entry requirements

• GCSE Maths and English at grade C/4 or above. Strong communication, organisation, customer care, and teamwork skills are essential, along with creativity, initiative, and patience.
