About the role

Langdons is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Apprentice to join their team in Bridgwater. This apprenticeship offers the opportunity to study towards a Regulatory Compliance Officer Apprenticeship Level 4. The role involves supporting the Risk & Claims, Health & Safety, and Quality Assurance teams to maintain high standards of compliance. You will gain practical experience in areas such as regulatory compliance, risk management, health and safety, quality assurance, investigations, auditing, and corporate governance. Key responsibilities include assisting with the administration and monitoring of accidents and claims, maintaining records, supporting investigations, preparing reports, liaising with stakeholders, assisting with health and safety inspections and audits, supporting accident reporting, and maintaining compliance records. The apprenticeship will provide knowledge and experience in UK legislation, risk management, health and safety, quality management systems, incident investigation, and corporate governance.
