About the role

This position involves supporting the Sales Department and serving customers on the trade counter. The apprenticeship will provide comprehensive training, covering essential duties such as entering supplier invoices, checking pricing anomalies, liaising with branches, answering telephones, and raising debits and credits. The apprentice will also gain product knowledge and may assist in the warehouse when needed. The apprenticeship qualification will be Customer Service Level 2/3, with allocated time for study within working hours.
